These condominium suites are in a beachfront, gated community with lots of room for families and close friends who vacation together. Each suite has two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining areas, a large balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer unit. You will receive scheduled housekeeping service

 

This is, without a doubt, the perfect base for a St. Croix vacation.

Colony Cove is located just five minutes from historic Christiansted, where you'll enjoy duty-free shopping, bars and restaurants, a boardwalk, Fort Christiansvaern, historic buildings and churches, and a casino. You'll have access to Buck Island Reef National Mo/nument, snorkeling, diving, sport fishing, island tours and adventure jeep tours. A grocery store, a bank, a convenience store and fast food restaurants are just blocks away.

Our guests enjoy a landscaped property with a freshwater pool, grilling area, and adjacent bar and restaurant at Mill Harbour. 

 

Beaches, Pools and Activities
Colony Cove is located on a palm-shaded beach, and we have complimentary beach towels and snorkeling equipment available at the front desk.

 

The front desk can refer you to transportation and locations for shopping, golf, sightseeing, horseback riding and kayaking.

Note: Currently no passports are needed for USVI travel (U.S. citizens).

27.5% for government tax and resort fees are additional to rates. All Rates are in U.S. dollars.

DEPOSIT:

  • One night room charge for stay dates APRIL 16 - DECEMBER 22

  • Two nights room charge for stay dates DECEMBER 23 - APRIL 15

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in 3 p.m., check-out 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • FREE cancellation: Up to 7 days prior to arrival APR 16 through DEC 22

  • Up to 14 days prior to arrival DEC 23 through APR 15

  •  Cancellation penalty after free cancellation period is the forfeit of deposit

Two bedroom, two bath suites: 1-4 persons with $20 per night additional charge for rollaway bed or Pack N Play (5 person maximum)

Rollway bed or Pack N Play is $20 per night. One child 11 and under is FREE when using existing sleeping accommodations.
